Specialty Coffee Cupping Course

The aim of this 3-day course is to give coffee specialists a thorough and professional training to be a cup taster. It focuses on specialty coffees with high emphasis on practical skills.
The instructor: Rolando Francisco Cañas Martínez, an excessively experienced coffee professional from Honduras. He has been in the specialty coffee field in the last 25 years, holding quality control and advisory positions at various coffee farms and producers. He is keeping Cup Taster and Q Grader courses since 2007.
The places are limited and we recommend booking as soon as possible to guarantee the place.
