XORXIOS® in World of Coffe 2026

By Events

W orld of Coffee Brussels 2026 will once again serve as a major gathering place for the specialty coffee industry on June 25ᵗʰ, 26ᵗʰ, and 27ᵗʰ, and XORXIOS® will be participating in this edition with its own booth. Each edition brings together producers, exporters, importers, roasters, baristas, and companies linked to the coffee sector to share knowledge, create new opportunities, and showcase coffee-related innovations.

During the fair, several championships will be held to recognize excellence in the following disciplines:

  • World Brewers Cup: dedicated to manual filter coffee, featuring Open and Compulsory categories.
  • World Coffee Roasting Championship: coffee analysis, roast profile development and evaluation of results.
  • World Coffee in Good Spirits Championship: a competition created to promote innovation and bridge the worlds of barista and mixology.

Why is this edition so important for XORXIOS®?

XORXIOS®’s participation in World of Coffee comes at a pivotal moment for the company. As we expand internationally and open up new markets in Europe, this edition represents an opportunity to consolidate our presence in the industry and continue to strengthen our network of partnerships.

Our booth will serve as a meeting point to share ideas, forge new connections, and strengthen our relationships with roasters, producers, and professionals across the entire coffee value chain.

During the fair, we aim to:

  • Present our new brand identity.
  • Strengthen ties with our clients and partners.
  • Establish new relationships with industry professionals and companies.
  • Explore opportunities to expand our network of producers and our coffee portfolio.
  • Share the experiences of XORXIOS® AURA, our sensory training laboratory.

XORXIOS®’s Activities

The activities we will be running each day have been carefully designed by the specialist team at XORXIOS®.

During the morning sessions, there will be various origin cuppings led by the producers themselves. This will be an exceptional opportunity to experience first-hand the work, dedication and expertise behind each coffee and to gain a deeper understanding of the reality of coffee farming in the various producing countries.

In the afternoons, our Q Grader instructor Rolando Cañas will lead a series of sensory exercises that will spark fascinating discussions on quality, the subjectivity of the senses and the most widespread myths surrounding coffee, amongst many other topics.

Meet the producer

Reinaldo Olini

The history of the Olini Rocha group dates back to Spain, specifically to the region of Galicia. In the post-war period, the then young Avelino Álvarez Rocha emigrated to Brazil in search of opportunities. It was there that he met María Olini Rocha, and from their union a new legacy was forged. Born in the town of Pérola, Reinaldo Olini Rocha has a passion for coffee running through his veins. In 1988, he settled in the Cerrado Mineiro region, in the state of Minas Gerais as a coffee grower, initially with an area of 33 hectares, which today covers 515 hectares across various municipalities.

Cristian Molina

Cristian Camilo Molina is a Colombian specialist in the world of specialty coffee, born in Brussels and raised on a coffee plantation, where he learnt from a young age about the traditions and value of coffee farming. As a third-generation coffee producer, he has dedicated his career to promoting high-quality coffees from Huila, connecting local producers with international markets and proudly representing the cultural and agricultural richness of his region. His work combines technical expertise, a passion for micro-lots and a genuine commitment to the social and human impact behind every cup of Colombian coffee.

Antonio Quiroz

From the highlands of Boquete, Panama, the Romero Rosas family has built a coffee-growing enterprise renowned for its excellence, innovation and deep respect for the origins of the crop. Led by Erving Manuel Romero and Elia Lorayne Rosas, and alongside the new generation represented by Antonio Alexander, who trained in International Business Administration with a specialisation in Agriculture, they oversee the entire process, from cultivation to export, ensuring traceability, freshness and exceptional quality in every batch.

Wubit Bekele

After working for one of Ethiopia’s largest coffee exporters, Wubit Bekele founded Ephtah with the aim of supporting women farmers and breaking down barriers within the industry. As a Q Grader, she is responsible for tasting every coffee that Ephtah buys and exports. Wubit believes in the potential of Ethiopian coffee and feels that, through a holistic approach alongside her clients, the coffee sector can be the main driver of change in Ethiopia.

Enrique Villanueva

Through his work, he helps bring the hard work and dedication of small-scale producers in Cajamarca to international markets, raising the profile of a production model based on sustainability, cooperative organisation and continuous quality improvement.
